By signing in Voko Premier Member, all Premier Members fully understand and agree to following terms in additional to the Basic Reseller & Partner Agreement with Voko. Any violation of following rules and the Basic Reseller & Partner Agreement may cause termination of the Resellership immediately:

1. OBTM practice is prohibited unless the practice is reviewed and approved by Voko in writing.
2. Reseller and/or agent may not give additional discount or promotion that offered by Voko or Voko Reseller program without approval by Voko Reseller team.
3. Reseller and/or agent may not charge additional fees or change any contents of Voko service plans that offered by Voko or Voko Reseller program without approval by Voko Reseller team.
4. All types advertisements made by Reseller and/or agent must be approved by Voko Reseller team.
5. Reseller and/or agent may not bid Voko, iTalk, and Voko through any search Engine.
6. Reseller and/or agent may not sell any products and services that offered by Voko competitors.
